Ernie came out several times to inspect our home and make sure the work was done properly before the contractor could get paid from our 203k fund. Before we started on the process, he found a couple of small items that needed to be addressed to make our home safe while going through our remodel. Ernie was always responsive and helped me understand the 203k loan process. He has been a consummate professional and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a 203k inspector.

We needed a roof inspection; and since we had Ernie do a full home inspection when we bought our house, we called him back. He did a very thorough job; and gave us non-biased feedback. Will definitely recommend him to our friends; and will have him do home inspection when we are ready to sell our home.
